Hey !
Never been in this situation but not too bad informed I think. I’ve read that most people struggle to accept the feeling the first few times, and most of all it is apparently extremely hard to orgasm only from that at the beginning. A good friend of mine loves prostate play and he used to tell me how he was getting closer and closer but it really took him months. A guy once said that if you stimulate your penis at the same time it might « drown » the sensation because it is too intense, but my boyfriend disagrees and I guess everyone is different. So if that’s your goal just don’t put too much pressure on yourself and enjoy your sex.
As for the second question, I’ve heard it’s a very different type of sensation, that it’s an orgasm that « comes from the inside ».
