Short answer, get and use lube. As for you moving your finger around in there, you’re fine unless you have long sharp nails.
Basically take it slow and do what feels good.
Remember, because you’re doing it to yourself, you have full control over everything. If you feel the need to pull your finger out real quick, you just do it. No need to tell someone else.

Just remember to take it nice and slow. Go at your own pace. Don’t try to rush. And depending on what you plan on putting up there always use lube or some sort of lubricant depending on your interests like foodstuffs – oil, butter, condiments (like ketchup, syrup and others), etc. As well flavored lubricants like sex butter. It helps to turn off the lights and set a mood with music and maybe scented candles.
