I have noticed that my voice starts shivering when I get anxious. Today one guy at work who is kind off bully just came up to my desk to mock me. He always giggles looking at my face and it makes me feel bad. Today I asked confronted him about that. Well he wasn’t expecting to be confronted like that coz I kept a stern face. It got awkward for him and he left. That’s not the point of writing this. My question is why does my voice shiver in times like these and how do I deal with it. My shivering voice gives people a reason to laugh more at me.
