How do you make friends if you never learned social skills?

1. Literally just put yourself out there.

2. Sometimes it is difficult even WITH social skills… you didnt specify your age range… but if you are younger, follow your interests and join some clubs that cater to those interests I.e chess, D&D, etc…

   When you are older it is a bit harder, but most of the time work is a good way to develop friendships… Go for it and Good luck!

3. Honestly, no one knows. You need friends to learn social skill and you need social skills to make friends, thankfully I can say it’s pretty easy as long as you go to a public school, you’ve gotta be a special kind of weird to be isolated in a public school.
