I have a hard time keeping gifts if I personally don’t like them. A lot of people get really upset that I do this.

I don’t straight up toss gifts away in front of them, but I won’t stockpile birthday cards.

  1. Keep them for a few weeks, then donate to Salvation Army/Goodwill/whoever is in your area that takes donations. You don’t have to keep birthday cards unless it’s from your grandmother.
