once before i gave this guy head and got a really bad sore throat afterwards it went away so i assumed coincidence but recently i gave him oral again and the same thing happened? it looks like kinda like strep throat with white patches and hurts when i swallow. With any other guy this never happens?

There are a lot of things it could be. Has he been tested? Have you seen the tests? I would at least ask him to go see the doctor before giving him head again.
Most likely he doesn’t clean properly. Also it sounds like you have tonsilitis.

I was gonna just ask if you were maybe deep throating him too hard cause sometimes I get a sore throat after an intense session, however the white patches are extremely concerning.
Not a doctor, but white spots and painful swallowing sounds like a bacterial infection. You can get a variety of bacterial STIs in the throat, all of which are easily treated with antibiotics, so get yourself to a doctor.
If it doesn’t start with H, it’s curable, if it does start with H, it’s still treatable. Either way, see a doctor and get back on your knees in no time.
