    There are three motions that you can perform when riding your man and having sex on top.

    1) Forwards & Backwards

    If you enjoy clitoral stimulation during sex, then you will like this motion. Start by sitting right down into your man’s lap and take him fully into you. Then simply rock forwards and backwards on top of him, rubbing your clitoris of his stomach.

    But to convince yourself, try it in steps,

    Hop up. (But without actually hopping)

    Get him in.

    Move a bit, slow and gentle.

    If you ask me, the likely outcome is that you’ll notice that all of them work. But you need to convince yourself, and you can do that gradually.

  6. I was scared and self-conscious too. My experiments have shown that you can’t hurt him, so really don’t worry about that. If you feel self-conscious like I did, you could start off by blind folding him so you get comfortable with the position and doing it first. Then as you get more comfortable with that, remove it.
