1. It’s normal to feel anxious about meeting strangers in the first place even though you might have interacted with them online before. However, seeing that you want them to like you is actually something you can’t control.
   Rather than focusing on being a people pleaser, why not just be yourself? It’s a job. You guys are hired to get stuff done so you can’t really control whether another human being would like you, so might as well be yourself and be open in any interactions 🙂
