1. just try and not think about it, eventually you will console yourself play \,video games, listen to music read a book just get your mind of it and. if you cant think about the good things 🙂

3. It’s always hard to find the right words to say when this happens. Tell your friend that you’re there for them, whether it’s a listening ear or a big hug to comfort them.
