Positional headaches?
Really starting to wonder…. I’m a man. When I have sex with a partner I sometimes experience headaches/neck aches. At one time my doctor thought it was blood pressure related or heart rate related but I’ve gotten pressure and HR up at other times to same level without the symptoms.
Missionary doesn’t do it, doggy doesn’t do it. The only one I’ve found that does it is “cowgirl”/girl on top. Doesn’t matter if Iay flat on the bed or on a couch/chair. Within a few minutes it’s a near debilitating headache/neckache that takes a couple hours to go away.
It’s happened with a partner just over 200# and over 250#, with the latter I usually choose to not use that position for other reasons.
Anyone else have similar?

Google sex headaches. I get them, but thankfully not recently. I tend to go through a time where I’ll get a bunch of them, one every time I orgasm, for a few weeks. I’ve had some success in kind of edging. If it starts coming on, I don’t let myself orgasm. I back off and start again after a minute or two. Each time, it’s a little less bad, and then I can usually finish with i minimal headache instead.
