Good choice OP, I would have written something similar.
Mental toughness.
One that likes me for me.
I’m going to go with ‘compatibility.’ It’s a large topic, but finding one I’m compatible with, and who’s compatible with me, for the long term, has always proven to be a challenge.

Honestly none of the qualities are hard to find, it’s just that none of the women that possess those qualities like me.
Everybody says they love to try new things, but that cliche carries all kinds of different meanings to different people. It’s not easy to find someone with the balance of curiosity, adventurousness, and spontaneity that really clicks with me.
I’ll do anything (that isn’t likely to hurt someone) until I at least find something to like about it, and it’s very important to me to pick up new skills/experiences on a regular basis. I love the beginner skill curve, where you can grow from “utterly hopeless” to “pretty good” in a matter of weeks. I grew up super sheltered, so this drive to expand my horizons is the cornerstone of my whole personality.
Sexual hunger that mirrors my own. She wants frequent sex and looks at it as a natural and necessary thing – like eating or pooping. She won’t weaponize sex, use it as a reward or punishment of deprive me for revenge. We will be available to each other in a reasonable manner and we will discuss and work together with problems to keep that level of connection viable. I was almost 50 when I met her and I am holding on tight. She is wonderful.
Beinf straight-forward. Instead of expecting me to read her mind. I can’t.
being able to hang out in the same room and not feel the need to constantly talk.. like, enjoying each other’s company while relaxing doing our own activity..
I found that the hardest to find quality was having any interest in getting to know me in particular.
Back when I was doing the online dating thing, I made a point of making every possible deal-breaking aspect of myself known early. That meant mentioning that I like D&D and Videogames, and that I do not drink alcohol at all or smoke. If any of those 4 things were going to make someone nope right out, it was best to make that happen early.
The successes I had in online dating made it worth while, but the rejection rate was pretty damn high.

A penchant for legos

So many people are just happy with going to work, getting some takeout and watching TV every day. I like watching some TV on occasion, but it’s certainly not a daily activity for me most of the time.
Even if the things we’re working on are completely unrelated I still love hearing about other people’s projects and ideas and sharing my own.
Emotionally available. I realized that’s what I need in a serious relationship and up until this point, my problems were only listened to when it was convenient.
Not being a single mom.
