I’ve come to find whenever in shitty situations or in a bad train of thought, I’ll inadvertently ask myself a question where it’ll put things in perspective. And it was actually helpful.

What are your 1 or 2 liners that you’ve asked yourself?

  1. There are a few:

    1. Does this effect me in any way?

    2. Will I care about this next week?

    3. Am I getting mad at the thing in front of me, or what it represents?

  2. Am I actually having a bad day, or have I let one bad thing derail my whole day?

    Will this even matter in 2 years?
