Can’t tell if romantic or platonic flirting with best friend

I(M20) have a thing for one of my closest friends(F20) but I’m so bad at picking up social cues I can’t tell if she likes me back or not. She’s a very flirtatious person, and we’ve always joke flirted with eachother for fun, but the way she does it with me seems different. A bit less jokey and more genuine maybe?? I can’t tell if I’m reading into it too much. She’s made it clear she finds me attractive, which is very flattering but not what confuses me. She’s a lot more touchy with me than she is with any of her other friends, we always cuddle, she tells me she misses me when we can’t see eachother, she gives me little cute nicknames, etc. All this stuff feels very personal to me but it’s possible it could just be us being good friends. I’m debating making a move on her but I don’t want to make a fool of myself or freak her out and ruin our friendship. A second opinion/ advice would be super helpful, thanks!!
