I am very scared right now, I am a young male who did some anal stuff yesterday. Since 12 last night I have been having diarrhea every 3 hours, and now it isn’t even stool, just mucus and bubbles. I am not in pain, but I just am worried about what it could be. I used water based lube if that helps. If anyone can help me that would be great, thanks.

Unless you were pumping your ass full of stuff it’s not from the assplay. It’s likely an upset stomach from something you ate or drank and what lube you did use is mixing in there. If there was a tear or cut it wouldn’t be clear it would be red.
You’ll be fine. If it continues for more than 48 hours, or there is more than a little blood, then you should see doctor. The lube you used might have something in it which irritated your bowels. It might have glycerin or other irritant. Try a different lube next time with is glycerin free, and/or anti-allergenic.

It’s is a chronic issue not something that happens when you do anal play. If it persisted for weeks then it could be but in your case it seems to correspond to your play session. Probably just the lube. The other possibility is the toy you used, some cheap ones have strong smell of plastic, these should not be used. Find a quality toy if this is the case. One more thing, always wash your toy, soap and water, before and after play to keep it sanitary.
