Are you a woman? Is it your underwear? Because discharge bleaches underwear.
You provided loads of detail but not the detail we actually need, which is where on your clothes, how does it appear, do you have pictures? I know some skin products like acnecides can bleach fabrics like pillow cases

Try be more specific about brands as there might be other ingredients eg benzoyl peroxide in them which do cause bleaching.
Do you spray dettol or another bathroom cleaner and not rinse it off? Could be that it’s reactivating when the bathroom is wet and you’re accidentally dipping your fabrics in it.
I’m quite concerned that you’re on tretinoin and don’t know that it bleaches clothes.
It makes stuff get bleached and damaged by the sun – including your skin. You need to wear sunscreen all day every day when you use a retinoid like that.
And make sure you only apply it at night only, before you go to bed (but not immediately so it doesn’t rub off on your pillow)
Wash your hands immediately after applying.
