Question is self explanatory.
Context:
I have 2 jobs, one is part time at a grocery store. I work 1 day a week. A cute girl works at the Self-Checkout area. We don’t work in the same department, so I have very limited time to interact with her.. We’ve had some back and forth small talk but I want to talk to her outside of a work setting. (When she’s not busy) Should I bite the bullet and ask her out for coffee or something?

Yes. Most people meet their partners at/through work. It can be messy, but in your case, it sounds like you don’t have so much overlap that it would matter much.
