Check your local adult learning centre. These usually have free courses at various levels.

This has everything you will need, it’s split by grade to give a bit of a guide.
Have a look at BBC Bitesize. There’s loads of resources at all levels. And BTW it’s Maths in the UK not math.
Every council offers some kind of adult maths education up to level 2 (GCSE level) and it’s usually free.

Khan Academy, BBC Bitesize, there should be free Numeracy and Literacy classes in your area normally in a library. If you went to school for 13 years and are still struggling there could be something more to it like dyscalculia.
Calling it maths is a good start.
