Stamppot.
Potatoes and vegetables mashed together. You can do endless combinations and it will always taste good.
[Tiroler Gröstl](https://cdn.gutekueche.de/upload/rezept/1226/1600x1200_tiroler-groestl-mit-ei.jpg) is just pan fried potatoes, onions, some spices and whatever meat scraps you have left over with a sunny side up egg on top. Super simple but so good
[Çılbır](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%87%C4%B1lb%C4%B1r), poached eggs with yoghurt. Comforting and delicious.
Gemada. A treat for kids. Raw egg yolk with sugar and bread.
[Saganaki](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saganaki), just fried cheese.

And it’s delicious.
