Generally, my semen is a pretty viscous consistency; sort of like glue, maybe a little thicker. However, I’d like it to be a lot runnier- like milk or water. Does anyone have any tips to make this more likely to happen? I used to have this quite a bit in my early-20s but since getting a little older it’s been thicker.

  2. Hydration, but I also think it’s due to pelvic health in general. Like sitting all day can weaken pelvic floor muscles and you can develop pain that you don’t even really feel because it’s numbed out, usually what you feel it lower back pain.

    Hydration and exercise, even just walking more might help.

  3. For me it’s ZMX (zinc, magnesium, b6), water, munch on celery and drink lots of fruit smoothies. Eat clean, exercise often and be super aroused. I read the average volume is like 3.5ml I am at least double that on average.

  4. If you are turned on (hard) for an hour or more than you have a sprinkler 😅 no seriously if you stay turned on for a long perriod of time through the day it wont be thick as if you just get the ideas of beating it and you just do it.
