I (24F) recently completed a month-long internship as part of my graduation. The week before I started, my boss told me about the possibility of continued employment, if everything would go well.
No one promised me anything, and I relied mainly on fate, but I tried to perform my duties as best as I could, arrive on time, etc. because I really liked the working atmosphere at the first place – mainly my co-workers. Everyone was in their 30’s, they seem kind of funny and collaborative team, not to mention that within that month I was already settling in.
On the last day of my work, when I went to get all of mine documents signed, my boss said that there was no place for me in the company at the moment, because they were not given the projects they were counting on.

I thought that it was nothing personal and I took the rejection really well, but the biggest problem and trauma for me is the change in the work environment.

Now I have to look for a new job and the thought of adapting from scratch again causes me to have panic attacks. Is there any way to make this process less painful?
