Any advice on sizing? How do I know it’s the right fit? I bought one to surprise my with with but frankly don’t know how to put it on…women who have been with a man wearing one…what difference did you feel? Looking to feel a bit bigger for my wife. Are vibrating ones better? Want to make it good for her

Most of them are massive unless you buy them specifically for the dick.
Gotta put it around your balls as well, unless you’re as wide as a pop can.
I would start with non vibrating and buy a pack of the silicone/rubber ones. usually they come as a set with different sizes…. use that to figure out a good size before ordering a solid one… the times we’ve used them my SO said I felt slightly bigger but what she noticed the most was being able to really feel the ridge of the head (I’m circ’sized) more than normal which felt great on the out stroke.
Depends on what kind you get I guess, but I’ve gotten 2 and both of them have to go around your balls and shaft.
It should have 2 elastic bands. The bigger one at the back goes around both, the smaller one around only the shaft. Simply grab both bands at the same time and stretch them so that your shaft goes in comfortably. Then gently release the smaller band and expand the large one again around your balls. Wife likes the vibrating ones. So do I because they actually make me last longer?
