It’s a kind of incomfort/sadness and I’ve never had something like this before

    You’ve never been in a relationship before, maybe the “honeymoon phase” is wearing off and reality is setting in, causing you to come down from the love high?

    Odds are you are coming down from being high on love in your new relationship.
