For background, I am a 19 year old girl and I have never came or had an orgasm. I was until my boyfriend and I were doing things in which I had this urge to pee so I try to stop but if we do continue, I don’t feel any pleasure from stimulation. I’m not sure if its me having a type of anxiety or being embarrassed that I can’t continue. However, it wasn’t until today were I was using a toy (vibrator for both the vagina and clit) where I think I came. After a couple of minutes, I was feeling good and then the same urge to pee started building up. Eventually, I started to feel the need push something out but I think that the vibrator being inside me made it so I had an “incomplete” orgasm. I’m not sure because when I tried to push it out, I still had the urge to pee but I let out white fluid. I also couldn’t feel the pleasure anymore after I was done. First off, I am a male and this is not my expertise, so please take everything I say with a grain of salt.
Now that’s out of the way, it sounds like you may have squirted. Did your vagina muscles contract? Did it feel like it was pulsing? From my understanding, you likely did orgasm. However, I know for a lot of women an explosive orgasm needs to have at least some build up to it to happen. From what I have learned, without the build up it can feel good, just ok, or even just kinda bland. For a lot of women, orgasms are tightly linked to psychological input, and if you’re not properly building or if you’re blocking it (either consciously or unconsciously) it can be a bit underwhelming.
You may have squirted.
I personally have never experienced an orgasm when I have squirted. I always assumed squirting was another type of orgasm but for me it never has been. You might be in a similar boat.
If you can get to a point where you can relax enough then you might be able to let that pressure build up and just let go. You might squirt, you have have an orgasm, maybe both.
