How to have something to talk about ?

I can’t joke around and poke fun of stuff and have fun. I could just listen but at point they run out of stuff to talk and it gets awkward at.

1) I don’t listen to specific genre of music, I just play some playlists on Spotify and put it on the background. Probably not listen to it next time.
2) I didn’t grow up playing video games, so can’t understand the references.
3) I don’t understand western or any pop culture stuff. Don’t watch many movies or stuff, there’s so many.

I can’t do small talks and I’m awkward af, everyone wants to avoid me.
I dont have hobbies. Even if I get a hobby like swimming, there’s nothing to talk about.
