I am a 28 F caucasian and he is 31M asian. We have been dating for three years but only recently began talking about this as I wasnt thinking about it before either. I was shocked to find out that he has not really thought about ti and does not see himself marrying till about 8-10 years time when he is more financially stable. I worry this will be too late for me as I am almost 29. I was thinking more like 4-5 years from now. the thing is we still love each other he can be avoidant. Almost every relationship in his family is a divorce. I dont know whether to wait it out for a bit and see if anything changes now that i put it in his mind and discussed it might be a dealbreaker for me or if I should just end it now so i have time to grieve and move on to someone who does want to marry me within my timeline. Any advice??
TL;DR: BF and I have different timelines.
