look up avoidant personality, and unlock shame. its gonna be… shameful but it’s an only way out is through type deal imo.
often trying to hide something embarrassing like blushing is actually more noticeable than the blushing itself.
you might have a lot of anxiety/shame associated with social situations. maybe try relaxing breathing or try to focus less on your self and more on others / the conversation, if it doesn’t help in the long run, maybe read up on it or seek therapy.
If you dont have any other anxiety perhaps you have some sort of condition that makes you blush frequently even outside of social situations.
