Apparently I’m the rarity because my baseline is 0-1 so want to see where yall think you’re at.
Let’s use this scale as a guide

Is 1 or 2 not normal?
3 or 4
23
5-6
4 or 5 probably
2 mostly
I’d say a 2
Most days a 8, some days a 10
I’m usually a 1 or a 2. A couple years ago I would have random panic attacks, that wasn’t fun.
I’m a 0-2 id say
6 today
3. Having anxious thoughts and then doing what I can to solve the issue is just in my nature.
3-5 is a daily baseline
2 or 3 normally, think worst I’ve been is 4 from some stressful life moments (breakups/job loss/deaths).
When I was drinking a bottle of liquor every evening, the morning after would always be an 8 or 9. Now I wake up at a 1 or 2.
5. Verging on 6
0
I tend to be around 3. I’m always on guard. I attribute it to distant and and unstable parents, along with growing up in a shady neighborhood. Always feels like if I get too relaxed, something will happen and I’ll get caught with my pants down.
2-3
4-5 a home or the rare good day at work, 6-7 at a more normal day at work.
Maybe a 1-2 off the clock, solid 6-7 on company time. When I was a college student it was a constant 12/10
I swing between 4 and 6 it seems. A bad day is a 7, a great day is a 3.
Baseline is zero
Permanent 3.5
0-1 generally speaking.
I feel like there should really be better choice than “delusional happiness”. Being able deal with anxiety isn’t delusional or irrational. There are many levels of happiness.
1-2
Based on this chart 1-2 daily. 0 sounds mental.
Ig 7-8 would be mine
6 to 7 every day, but that’s due to war and all the jazz that comes with it.
I guess somewhere between 4 and 7? It’s hard to tell the difference between them the way it’s worded.
I range between a 4 and a 7. I imagine most people have a range and not just a single number.
Virtually non-existent since I started micro dosing psilocybin. Not using it as a crutch but shocked at the benefits I’ve experienced.
Generally: 6. With occasional spikes up to 8
Not complex enough. Rational and irrational never blur even at panic attack. Its like a physical reaction, that I cannot control, even though I know nothing is that bad.
Either 2 or 5 depending on the day.
