First tip… never tell a girl she has a dry vagina… discreetly get some saliva in your hand and make it wet… she’ll eventually get there.. they just need to be worked up.
It could be normal for her and just not as wet as you were expecting, or she could be nervous which can prevent you from getting very wet. I agree with the previous commenter abt using saliva. I personally take a while to get wet sometimes and I know a lot of girls are like that
