Go to a swingers/sex club and do it there. At a club people expect and want to see others have sex. In the public, it isn’t fair to those that don’t want to see it.
If you must, go to the woods or hills and find a secluded spot.

Woods is fun, little risk of getting caught but the thrill is there.
Public bathroom, I’ve done both private locked door and in a stall with people coming and going around us. The locked one is fun, you can relax while alone but a thrill when walking out. The stall version is thrilling.
