Who would I see to improve communication skills. Some sort of coach, psychologist, therapist, toastmasters? I struggle to articulate and talk like a robot and it is damaging my employment chances.

  1. i’d suggest a therapist. they really do help if they’re good and try to understand why you struggle it’ll help root the problem and find solution.

  2. You’re not alone, my friend!

I’ve struggled with everything since I used to be a super introvert. I even hideaway back in my room when my not-so-close relatives pay a visit. Studying over years in an all-boys school really made me feel safe in my comfort zone among all my guy friends and ended up really shy and awkward surrounded by girls after entering college.

But nothing stops me, I’ve grown up slowly learning how to overcome those situations. I suggest you should first know how to [love yourself](https://epiclifegoeson.blogspot.com/2022/04/what-is-self-love.html), know more about yourself, your strengths, your weaknesses, and build your [self-confidence](https://epiclifegoeson.blogspot.com/2022/04/what-is-self-confidence-self-confidence.html) slowly, that’s the only important thing to make you stronger in public speaking and your communication skills. It doesn’t mean you need to be perfect at speaking to speak in public or have good communication skills, but all you need is your [self-confidence](https://epiclifegoeson.blogspot.com/2022/04/what-is-self-confidence-self-confidence.html).

  3. Try talking to yourself in the mirror
Also try writing things down what u don’t feel or feel
