To make a long story short I asked someone I got class with to follow my Instagram because it has my Apple Music link in it because we like the same music I told them to let me know what they think of a song on one of my playlists but they haven’t messaged me about the song it’s been a day or so I will see them in class tomorrow should I just ask then?

  1. It’s common for people to have varying response times to messages, and there can be several reasons for a delayed response. It’s possible that the person hasn’t had the opportunity to listen to the song or respond yet. If you’ll be seeing them in class, you have the option to address it in person.

Give them a little more time to respond. People have different schedules and commitments, and they may not have had a chance to check out the song or respond to your message yet.

When you see them in class, you can casually bring up the topic. You might say something like, “Hey, did you get a chance to listen to that song I recommended?” This opens the door for them to share their thoughts.

Keep in mind that not everyone may have the same level of interest or enthusiasm for a particular topic or interaction. They may have a variety of reasons for not responding promptly.

Regardless of their response or lack of it, continue to be friendly and approachable. Sometimes, it takes time to build rapport and comfort with someone.

Remember that communication can vary from person to person, and some may be more responsive in person than through text. By addressing the topic in a friendly and non-confrontational way, you can maintain a positive and open line of communication.
