Gru, Edith, Agnes and Margot. They demonstrate that you CAN choose your family and family doesn’t have to be blood
Meredith Grey, she’s never given up, and i resemble her “dark and twisty” personality a lot
Victoria McQueen. Young woman fighting an old decrepit man to save all that she loves while trying not to lose her sanity each time she uses her strong creative abilities. She’s not the most likeable character but to me she’s relatable.
JJ from criminal minds
Leslie Knope! She’s plays such a strong female leader. I look up to her lot actually lol
Sailor Moon yes it’s just an anime but there’s a lot of teamwork and love in that show it’s my favourite childhood show and still one of my favourites to this day 💖☺️
Buffy Summers. We are all dealt with challenges, and struggles. Those who face them head on are badass.
“The hardest thing in this world, is to live in it. Be brave.”
Sarah Connor and Ellen Ripley in no particular order
Majority of good mature/older women in Studio Ghibli movies. They are wise and kind, while having sense of humor and their own interests in life. I want to grow into being a woman who is not shaken by hectic world, but finds beauty and power in calmness.
Dana Scully
Olenna Tyrell, badass grandma!
Annalise Keating and Michaela Pratt. Absolute powerhouses. I always feel confident after watching them
No one. I always figured no matter what anyone did be it the mundane to the magical and supernatural…I would be their equal to their superior…most definitely their superior so there was no reason to look up to anyone real or fictional because I would just be equal at first then superior to them.
Ellen Ripley
jackie burkhart
Ellen Ripley
Olivia Pope.
those women at the beginning of a devil wears prada
Keanu Reeves. I know he’s a real person, but since I don’t *know* him, he might aswel be fictional, at least his public persona. Oh, and Jenna marbles, same thing with her, she’s just so laid back and fun.
Marge Gunderson from Fargo. She’s kind and warm, but firm when she needs to be. She’s also empathic and observant, and really freaking great at her job. She’s an incredibly competent, badass woman without ever sacrificing her gentleness and belief in goodness, which is rarer to see in female characters. I also appreciate that she and her husband are incredibly supportive of each other.
Olivia pope
Finn the Human.
Sophie Hatter from Howl’s Moving Castle (the book and the movie).
I have confidence issues so I always say I wish I had half of Peggy Hill’s self confidence. Even if she’s usually delusional, the woman loves herself and truly believes she’s amazing which is something I would like.
Medusa
Yzma
Edmund Pevensie. The *humility.* Lucy Pevensie. The truthfulness. Judge Ooka. The grace. Inara Sera. Also grace. Kaylee Frye. Joie de Vivre.
Korosensei as a teacher.
Olivia Benson! I admire her resilience and her drive to fight for victims.
Elvira
lupin or hermione
Dr Temperance Brennan. 🙂
Evelyn (The Mummy), Phryne (Miss Fisher), and Miss Marple (Miss Marple by Agatha Christie)
Obi wan kenobi
Samus from Metroid. She’s isolated in a scary world trying to do good.
