I am a 26 year old virgin, and sometimes I struggle to see myself in a different way. I want a few more hot, attractive, and comfortable in my own skin.

  1. Self-reflect and pinpoint what your beliefs are around “beauty” and “sexiness.” Once you figure out what your beliefs are and where they come from you can start working on re-programming them to different beliefs that actually serve you and make you feel confident instead of unworthy. Start saying affirmations to yourself every day in your mirror. Spend more time in nature. Give yourself a compliment every day. Get off social media if you find it’s contributing to a your lack of self-esteem. Spend more time practicing self-care. Make a list of the things you love about yourself. Be patient and kind with yourself ❤️

  2. Go on YouTube type “looks maxing ” see what you feel is a must for you to do and all that’s left in the end is to stay consistent and you will improve.

  3. Confidence goes a long way. If you believe in yourself, it can really make a difference in the world around you.

Other than that, take some time to figure out what you don’t like and make adjustments where you can.

  4. Do you exercise? Getting fit was the single biggest game changer in my sense of confidence. I especially recommend Pilates, particularly for women. It builds strength, flexibility, stability, and mind-muscle connection. It also sculpts the body and is amazing for your mental health. Feeling good in my body has been everything for my confidence and the benefits haven’t just made me look objectively fitter but have helped me feel more attractive as well.

Combine with weightlifting for best results.
