You might have a problem with the dremel bits if you intend to bring those.
Overall, you’re near the limits of what is allowed. In theory yes, but in practice all that together might cause questions to be asked – especially if you have a bunch of pointy bits with the dremel tool ready to use in-flight (… allegedly).
Strictly speaking it meets the rules.
But you should 100% expect delays and questions at security about this.
