Need wingman and outside pov

I am 22 male, she is around 20/21 Female

It has been tough because of the awkwardness of my initial approach. She works at a manufacturing store as a customer service, and I didn’t really know how to ask her out. I came out of a 5 years relationship months ago, and she is the first one I approach. I don’t feel anything for my ex btw. I don’t approach in general, unless I feel something out of the common.

Anyway, I gave in an awkward way a piece of paper with my full name and phone number and told her “I’d love to get to know you”. She was surprised I even printed my info on there. I later rename my instagram using my full name so she can find me, and she did and started following me. She initially texted me through instagram and never her phone number. We briefly talked. At first, She told me she was down to be only friends, to which I replied “ i was looking to get to know you around some diner…” (basically telling her that I don’t want a friendship). She left me on seen for a day, and later asked me, “if we were to do diner, where would it be”. I told her “ XX European restaurants ….” (Gave her the name of that rather nice place)

I was surprised, but it doesn’t end there. She relied to it “ I will think about it, would you be available on Monday (last Monday that past, 3 days ago). I told her, “ the X restaurant is closed, but XX is open, it is similar spot not to far,….; if that works, is 7:30 a good time?”

She left me again on seen, but I am unsure whether she is interested, playing games, evaluating me, or just not looking forward to.
I’d love some outside point of view.
