When it was long, I did a simple braid.
Now that I have short hair, I do nothing specific for sports.
I put it back into a ponytail when I go jogging, seems to be the best way to do it.
High pony tail or bun, depending on the activity
For light workouts I leave it down ( I have long hair ) but for intense workouts like cardio I do a pony tail

Claw clips, braids, or ponytail
I put what I can into a ponytail and tuck the hair at the front that isn’t long enough behind my ears

High ponytail and sometimes bobby pins for any strays.
Claw clip, just throw it up in a mess. When you take out the clip your hair won’t look much different.
