What would Americans call the types of campervan in this website? (Can’t add an image)

If the site doesn’t open, they are all converted VW and similar ‘vans’. Not pulled behind another vehicle, often don’t have a full bathroom or shower inside.
I don’t think it would be classed as a camper (pulled behind a vehicle for you guys?)
They’re maybe not big enough to be called an RV are they? Or a motorhome?
Trying to gauge what people in the US would be searching for.
