Basically someone I know was treated badly by a supervisor in a shopping centre in the uk and got into. Argument with said staff member and then security came over and was really rude and they started pushing my friend out the shop and she said I’m leaving just don’t touch me but they kept pushing and grabbing her and when they got out onto the main road they were still doing the same pushing and grabbing so she ended up punching one of the guards , they then tackled her to the ground and forced her back into the shop and down stairs and kept her in a makeshift jail and said she has no rights or anything , said to her she is a rat and loons like a man and didnt let her use the toilet or anything for hours she recorded every on her phone too

The police came and basically took her out and charged her but she showed them what happened and they said it looked like you got treated badly but you need to delete the videos so she did and the police let her go

She knew she did wrong hitting the guard but she was just really annoyed by the fact she was grabbing her and after she said I’m leaving just don’t touch me

I’m just wondering what’s more of a legal aspect of a third party holding someone behold and tackling to the ground when not on their property
