Can anyone else relate?

You watch a video related to these social skills. You get motivated, you read this subreddit. You plan on how you’re going to tomorrow be this very social, energetic, and talkative person and that gets you excited for the next day.

But then as you wake up, it all fades down. That energy is not there anymore, that motivation has been replaced with anxiety even if you think about enacting the character that was in your mind when you couldn’t sleep at night.

What do you think is the psychology behind it? Or is it our anxiety when reality hits acting as a barrier towards us being our free selfs.
