So, I have a problem with my glans sensitivity. Whenever my wife does oral or even a handjob, or when she goes on top, my glans gets very sensitive to the point where it kinda hurts. I also can’t cum from any of those positions, and I can only cum when I’m on top(with any position, it needs to have me moving). Is there a way to overcome these issues?
