I told my boyfriend about how him following girls who don’t follow him back makes me uncomfortable, he immediately unfollowed them. Maybe I’m the problem
I made a post on how he could possibly be cheating, and how I was refusing to open up. I decided to take a deep breath and I texted him everything. The next thing he did was unfollow all those girls.
The problem is me and not him, it’s my trust issues.
This happened more than a year ago. My ex cheated multiple times, lied about everything, crossed my physical boundaries on a daily basis, talked down on me, controlled me and isolated me. There were 127 red flags and I was severely trauma bonded. We broke up and got back together over 18 times in a year.
If I moved on long ago, I’m happy, I’m in love with my bf, I don’t even have any idea about my ex, I deleted his number and I don’t even remember it, then why the fuck do I still have trust issues?
