Since few months, my colleague (28M) & I (32F) have been talking with each other during breaks. Several times I have been wondering if he was flirting with me, or not. I have developed a crush on him.
These are just some examples:
1. I mention I’m going away for some days & that I have several things planned in the evening already. He asks: “any dates planned?” Or when I come back from few days off, he’ll ask if I went on any dates
2. He mentions he’ll be running a marathon, and asks “would you like to join?”
3. He asks if I’m planning on going to a Christmas market. I tell him I’m not sure yet, but that a friend invited me to go to a certain Christmas market in a city that’s a 2h drive away. He answered: “If you go, I’ll join you”
4. We were talking about new year plans. He said he would go to friends who live in a nearby city. He said: “you can join” – but when I said I can join, he didn’t mention it again
Is he just being nice? Could there be more to it? I sometimes easily misinterpret people so I’m not sure & would appreciate your advice.
