Okay so my husbands ex baby momma doesn’t want him to see his daughter. I want to know what can we do like court wise so he could have certain days with her and other days the daughter with the mom. The mom is very dramatic and just rude. Today he went to his moms house with his daughter and the mom doesn’t want her seeing his mom for some reason, but i’m not going to butt in and ask why. So she stayed in his truck while he went to get something from the house. And she started cussing at him in front of their daughter.
I just need help. what are the things we need to do in court to get days with her and some day with the mom. The mom doesn’t want to go to court. she just wants to have the daughter with her all the time. And he does so much for her. And she complains he doesn’t spend time with his daughter but in reality he tries to take her out to buy things for her.
