I have been struggling with low libido for the past year or two. Possibly stress, possibly something else. I came off birth control 3 or so years ago after having really bad side effects from them, which seemed to screw my cycle up till last year where I took some supplement I forget the name of.

But while my cycle is normal, I still have no libido. Which both me and my partner finds annoying as he’s ready to go multiple times a day.

I actually quite want to have sex. But each and every time he tries to get me in the mood, I lose any and all interest, and shut up like a clam. Which is annoying for me, and annoying for him.

I had a blood test done for my general mental state, and nothing was out of the ordinary.

My question is, is there anything I can do? Supplements, movements or some weird obscure methods? No need to become a raging nymphomaniac, but just being able to be in the mood more than once every month would be nice
