I’m (m) 33, and just feeling really annoyed with dating lately. It’s like Everytime I go on dates, I enjoy my time with the women Im with, we laugh a lot (within the last month, one of the women said that her cheeks were sore from laughing so much, and another said that after the date they thought about something we talked about and laughed), but things always pitter out. They always seem to text back really slowly, like a day or two later, or not give any opportunity for making more of a physical connection (hugging and quickly moving to their cars on a second or third date), or not bothering to ask me questions. Humor has always been one of the things that has attracted women to me, and one of the things that my partners liked about me (I think women who are funny are extremely sexy, also), but I guess I’m wondering if maybe it’s less important to women as they get older? Like am I just getting friend zoned now for being funny and not taken seriously?
