There is a club that I’d like to become the president of. They didnt do anything for half a year last year and when they started their activites, I was there %95 of the time. People in the ruling board knew my face but we werent close.
There was an election this year so I thought me being a candidate would do me good and they would notice me more, I lost the elections and last years board won. Then they took new people into the board, I thought me being an active member, joining activites would get me into the board but they didnt take me in the board(they even took my number after the elections if I ever wanted to be in the board). I also got very upset and didnt go to activites for a few months, now what can I do that could get me into the board?
(I’m thinking that rather than joining activites, I have to be their friend to get into the board but I dont know their image of me, maybe I’m overthinking but I started to think that I did something unknowingly that made them dislike me. How can I proceed from here if I want to get into the board.)
