How do you perceive people who buy mostly on sales?

1. Depends.

   Do you mean that when they need something, they wait for it to go on sale? That’s smart.

   But if you mean they go “oh this is on sale, I’m buying it” even if they don’t need it, that’s dumb.

2. I don’t think about this, and also I don’t tend to know other people’s shopping habits this intimately.
