Idk why I do this but I will avoid/ghost someone after a date

I’ve been getting back into the dating scene recently, but after each dates I will literally ghost them and not respond to them until they block me, I don’t know what I am so scared of but I can’t help being like this, I don’t know how to show someone I had fun bc I don’t like being vulnerable.
