I work at restaurant as dishwasher.
I am sometimes a little social at work, during work I keep to myself I am busy working, sometimes it’s not as busy. Sometimes before work there co-worker sitting beside me but I don’t say much, that co-worker. I did last month ask coworkers about there about how there holiday’s are. when waiting to start work is the only chance to socialize.
how do I break out of my shell at work, what do I talk about, what questions to ask.
The only question I can think of is what are your hobbies. Do I just ask that question out of the blue.
Lately it’s been on my mind about not being outgoing around outgoing co-workers.
Can you please comment with advice.
