Probabilities of getting STI if my penis had contact with a hand with saliva and anal fluid remains, even if I washed several times a couple minutes after?

Im a man.
I was penetrating a transexual person(I dont really know), then this person took off the used condom and start masturbating my penis, spitting saliva on it and his hand.

This was just for some seconds, after I put another condom on and finished a couple of minutes after, inside it. Then I wash it with soap and water 4 times.
